BECOME A MENTOR OR EDUCATOR
We are always looking for local and national mentors and educators to join our team as volunteers around the country!
MENTORS
We are always searching for other successful LGBTQ+ business people and allies with the passion and desire to help mentor our participants throughout the country.
Based on compatibility, we match mentors with our participants to assist them with their businesses in any key areas they need help with and also feel the matches will develop strong ongoing connections. Our hope is that our mentors and participants will build long lasting friendships as well!
Mentors need to be able to offer 15-20 hours of their time over the entire 4 month course time for each class and we can work with you based on availability. We also strongly encourage mentors to stay in touch with participants after graduation and continue to support them through their journey.

EDUCATORS
Do you have subject matter expertise in key areas helpful to entrepreneurs?
We are always looking for educators to help lead in person and virtual classes with experience in legal structure, business/financial plan development, branding and marketing/communications, funding and capital, and more.
By offering just a few hours of your time, you can help impact the growth and success of our participants exponentially!
